The work systematizes the experience of management socio-environmental conflicts in the upper basin of Jequetepeque particularly in the Province of St. Paul of the Cajamarca Region, by the Group of Formation and Intervention for Sustainable Development (GRUFIDES) in partnership with Enginyeria Sense Fronteres (ESF). The main purpose of this initiative was to design and validate tools for environmental governance at the municipal level to enable the promotion the active participation of the population. The work approaches the relationships that the Quechua populations of the community of Taquile settle down with the tourist market, through an economic social and solidary organizational model of community type, gestated from halffilled of the years seventy, and actually it represents a conspicuous and grateful experience of social and solidary economy. Besides of presenting their antecedents and the beginning of the experience, it shows their conflicts, challenges and future perspectives.

La presente tesis indaga en las políticas dirigidas desde el Estado a las juventudes del Perú durante el siglo XX, con un énfasis en el periodo post transición a la democracia vivido a comienzos del dos mil. Centra su interés de manera particular en las políticas implementadas por los gobiernos de los presidentes Toledo y García. Analiza y reconstruye las estructuras de poder político, así como el proceso histórico presente en la definión de las mismas. Incluye a las juventudes en este análisis como un sector social diverso y heterogeneo; pero marcado también por desigualdades y jerarquías.
