La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer un modelo de procesos gestión que contribuya a la gestión de residuos sólidos en el distrito de Moyobamba 2023. El estudio fue no experimental con un diseño descriptivo propositivo. La muestra del estudio fue conformada por 195 ciudadanos de la capital, ciudad de Moyobamba. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta, siendo los instrumentos los cuestionarios. Entre los resultados destaca de gestión municipal con un nivel “Regular” de 53%; mientras la gestión de residuos sólidos alcanza un nivel “Regular” de 60%, seguido del nivel “Bajo” con un 29%, en tanto, el nivel “Alto” con un porcentaje de 11%.
