El objetivo de la investigación ha sido determinar la Gestión bajo el enfoque de Liderazgo en las mypes del Sector Servicios, Agencias de Servicios Generales, distrito de Iquitos, año 2018. Se desarrolló bajo la metodología de investigación del tipo cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo y de diseño no experimental, descriptivo y transversal.
