The purpose of this work is to get the degree of Bachelor of Administration; which is based on the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI), a state institution where I am currently working, so I will use my work experience in addition to theorical information acquired from different authors and academic information to finally be able to propose a reformulation of the strategy that has been carried out at the INEI.
