This work focuses on proposing a solution to the growth of work stress in Metropolitan Lima, identified as a significant and growing health problem, as evidenced by various national and international studies and reports. Mental health has been highlighted as a predominant problem globally and especially in Peru, where recent studies point to stress as the main mental health challenge among the working population. Thus, the purpose of this thesis project is to design a business model for the creation of a “Comprehensive Center for Stress Management” in Metropolitan Lima aimed at working people.
