Este trabajo se realizó para determinar el nivel de relación entre habilidades gerenciales y satisfacción laboral en la Unidad Ejecutora Red de Salud Cotabambas, departamento de Apurímac, 2021. Investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, de nivel correlacional, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Se tuvo como población a 100 trabajadores de la Unidad Ejecutora Red de Salud Cotabambas, departamento de Apurímac, que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumento para recolectar los datos dos cuestionarios anteriormente validados.
