This research was developed in the Pasambara y Chorpamba localities, located in the Quiruvilca district, Santiago de Chuco province - La Libertad. The definitive study of construction project of a vía that connect these locatities was realized, for that we traveled to the research zone, where a series of basic engineering studies were developed like study of vehicular traffic, topography, soil mechanics study of samples taken from pits made in situ, hydrological and hydraulic study based on data obtained in the field and hydrological statistical data in the area; that together with the use of application software for road geometric design (AutoCAD civil 3D), costs and budgets (S10) and work scheduling (MS Project).
