Objectives: To determine the knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding organ donation among medical students at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in 2025. Methods: A quantitative study with an observational, analytical, and cross sectional design was conducted using a non-probabilistic convenience sample. Data were collected through a questionnaire validated by expert judgment. Results: The study included a total of 215 participants. Of these, 61.4% demonstrated a high level of knowledge about organ donation, with the highest error rates in questions related to legislation and the national organ donation system.
