Criminals have multiplied the theft patterns in many areas of our Peruvian society. The first to reflect such situation is our lexicon, which gives a significant increase in recent times. The contribution of these new voices does not only come from the criminal world, but also from the forces of order, who to identify each modality have turned to the creation of a very varied lexicon, both to identify the type of robbery and the offender who executes it. In some cases, one voice has been replaced by another since it is considered more accurate; in other cases the list has been increased to specify the crime. In this research, we rescued some interjections that have been or are being used at the localor regional Castilian of Peru, and other interjections typical Peruvian General Castilian.The collected words for this paper express surprise, disgust, rejection, disapproval, andcold, among other meanings. We seek to establish their possible etymon and localization.Obtaining these interjections has been possible by reading different literary works ofrecognized writers like Alegria, Lopez Albujar, Palma and others who do not have theliterary recognition of the above, but who contribute by picking up regional idioms. It isnoteworthy to point out that the corpus was taken from my personal contribution to thedatabase of the Peruvian Society of Lexical Studies.

Las palabras varían a través del tiempo y por qué no frases, refranes y locuciones las cuales han sufrido variantes en su significante. El proceso probable que han seguido en el camino es de amalgamar términos relacionando palabras diferentes, pues el hablante hace asociaciones mentales subjetivas que aproximan -ya por el sonido ya por el significado- a la frase en sí misma, con una sola intención: la de dar expresividad con formas nuevas desarrolladas a partir de estas frases o lexías conocidas, recalcar o apoyar una argumentación acorde con su época, con su vivencia cotidiana ¿Qué ocurrió, por ejemplo, con no ato ni trasquilo, que estaba vigente en la primera mitad del siglo XX, en comparación con no ato ni desato? Explorar el posible proceso, mostrar y explicar algo de la evolución de estas expresiones es propósito del presente trabajo.

El objetivo de la presente tesis fue determinar la relación entre el perfil profesional del docente universitario y la percepción sobre la gestión pedagógica en aula. Se contó con una población de 1217 estudiantes y 57 docentes de una Facultad de Ciencias Económicas. El tipo de investigación empleado fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño correlacional, descriptivo, no experimental. Para la recolección de datos se empleó la técnica de observación y la encuesta, y los instrumentos fueron la ficha de observación en base al currículo vitae y el cuestionario, respectivamente.
