El presente estudio de investigación titulada Satisfacción del usuario externo en el servicio de farmacia del centro de salud Pedro Sánchez Meza- Chupaca- 2015; tuvo como problema general ¿Cuál es el nivel de satisfacción del usuario externo en el Servicio de farmacia del centro de salud Pedro Sánchez Meza – Chupaca - 2015? Por lo tanto el objetivo fue determinar el nivel de satisfacción del usuario externo en el servicio de farmacia del Centro de Salud Pedro Sánchez MezaChupaca-2015. El estudio es cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo simple, la metodología es empírico estadístico y tipo no experimental. La muestra utilizada fue de 113 usuarios utilizando como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Objective: To analyze the extent to which members of the community of a private university report the presentation of adverse drug reactions related to COVID-19 pharmacotherapy. Material and Methods: Quantitative approach, cross-sectional descriptive type, non-experimental design, the sample was 159 members of the university community, stratified probabilistic sampling, the technique was a virtual survey, the instrument was a questionnaire made with Google Forms; the results were expressed as mean, standard deviation, percentage frequency, and for the statistical analysis the following tests were used: chi square and 95% confidence interval with a significance level 0.05. Objective: To determine the good dispensing practices per unit dose at the Zacarías Correa Valdivia Regional Hospital in Huancavelica (HRZCVH). Material and Methods: Scientific methodology, with a basic approach, descriptive level and non-experimental, transversal and descriptive design. The sample consisted of 11 pharmaceutical professionals from HRZCVH. A “BPDDUMP” questionnaire was used, which was designed and validated by expert judgment. Results: Of the total of HRZCVH professionals, more than half (54.55%) of QM,confirm that the prescription does not meet the required data, have difficulty understanding the medical prescription, and indicate that medical prescriptions do not have legible letters and clear. 36.36% of Q. Objective:  To determine the relationship between polypharmacy and quality of life in older adults of the San Vicente de Paul residential care center of the Huancayo charitable society. Material and Methods: The research is basic, descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental design based on the collection of information from clinical records and surveys, the population was 40 older adults. Results: Was found that there is a relationship between polypharmacy and quality of life, the frequency of polypharmacy is 92.5%, the level of adherence is 100%, the overall assessment of quality of life has a value 54.83.  Conclusions: The polypharmacy affects the quality of life of older adults.

Objective: To determine cyberchondria and its relationship with polypharmacy among students of Franklin Roosevelt University in Huancayo. Material and Methods: The research is applied in nature. It follows a cross-sectional design regarding the study period and is correlational in terms of its level. The design is non-experimental. Results: The average cyberchondria score was 2.93, indicating a moderate level of cyberchondria in the studied population. Overall, each dimension also showed a moderate level. A moderate level of cyberchondria was found in 68.9% of participants, while only 4.8% exhibited a high level. Additionally, 5.2% reported using more than four medications, which is classified as polypharmacy according to WHO criteria.
