La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación de la gestión administrativa con el manejo de los residuos sólidos del municipio distrital de Papaplaya, 2021. El tipo de estudio es básica, no experimental, descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fue conformada por 21 trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de Papaplaya en el periodo 2021. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Concluyendo que existe relación media positiva entre la gestión administrativa y el manejo de residuos sólidos de la municipalidad distrital de Papaplaya, 2021, el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de 0.4600.
