La tesis titulada “Estrategia didáctica y aprendizaje en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Financieras y Contables, Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal 2020”, muestra el problema de algunos estudiantes, que tienen dificultades en el desarrollo del aprendizaje, a través de las clases impartidas por los docentes universitarios. La tesis titulada “Formas de pago de renta de quinta categoría y evasión tributaria en las empresas de transporte de carga pesada del distrito del Callao 2018”, muestra el problema de algunas empresas que tratan de pagar menos impuestos, a través de su planilla de remuneraciones a sus trabajadores en este caso a los conductores de semi tráiler. The aim of this article is to empirically test the existence of the Environmental Kuznets Curve between economic growth and average temperature using departmental data from Peru during the period 2010-2020. As a result, it was found that the impact of departmental GDP per capita is negative on average temperature, suggesting that a 1% increase in departmental GDP per capita would decrease the average temperature by 1.92% in Peru's regions. These results strongly refute the existence of the Environmental Kuznets Curve hypothesis, suggesting instead that we are facing a U-shaped curve.
