Intrauterine contraception, called intrauterine devices (IUDs), are currently the largest demographic contraceptive efficacy, since they have the highest continuation rate of use compared with other contraceptive method. On the other hand, clinical efficacy, measured in terms of pregnancy rate started while using contraception, only surpassed by the combined Gestagens.
