The main project target is to establish the viability in terms of technological, economic, financial, social and market terms for the installation of a processing plant of macerated liquor based on sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) schnapps located in Amazonas. Through a survey we have been able to establish the intensity and purchase intention of potential customers. We have considered the entire population located in Peru, which was segmented by the socioeconomic levels A, B and C. Also, considering people between 20 and 64 years old. Within these conditions applied in our market study, we determined our project demand in 53,423 bottles of 750 ml by the year 2025. In terms of location, we carried out a study focused in Amazonas.
