Objective. Describe the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of the persistence of post-COVID-19 symptoms in a population treated in a hospital in the city of Huancayo, Tambo district. Methods. The study had a quantitative, cross-sectional, retrospective and observational approach. The population consisted of 110 medical records of adults recovered from COVID-19, the sample being 88 patients selected by non-probability sampling. The instruments were the medical records of the patients and the statistical test was descriptive. Results. The clinical cases of patients with sequelae of Covid-19 were analyzed and it was found that the age group of 36 - 59 years was the most affected, where the female sex predominated.
