The present work was developed in the Ministry of Production, by the General Office of Information Technologies, which according to its Regulation of Organization and Functions is responsible for implementing electronic government in this Ministry. The main objective of this project was the systematization of the sanctioning administrative process of the fishing and aquaculture area, through the development and implementation of a computer tool that allows registering all the information of the current process and even the historical one.
