Objective: To determine the relationship between work stress, eating habits and anthropometricnutritional status in administrative and operational workers of a private clinic in Lima. Methodology:Study of quantitative approach, cross-section, non-experimental design, and correlational descriptivetype. El estado nutricional es condicionado por el comportamiento alimentario, que a la vez está influenciado por diversos factores como el trabajo, disponibilidad del alimento, estrés, enfermedad, entre otras, llegando a alterarlo (2). Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y hábitos alimentarios con el estado nutricional antropométrico en los trabajadores administrativos y operativos de una clínica privada de Lima, 2018.
