The tower crane is an electromechanical equipment that is used for the vertical transport of materials in a construction project and together with the two riggers form the work team to carry out this task. One of the main problems in the construction of multifamily buildings corresponds to the use of the tower crane because vertical transport causes non-contributory times, which is, dead times and waits above expectations. This research analyzes the current vertical transport process and proposes its optimization through some management tools with the aim of improving the productivity of the use of the tower crane by reducing non-contributory times. The "Stone" also called "ringworm Knobbly", "Stone of Colombia, Stone Nostras" etc., is a tropical parasitic disease of scalp hair, eyelashes, beard and mustache, which attacks the stalk of these, but not the root or the follicle. It is characterized by the formation of an irregular sheath, rounded, spindle shaped or lateral scales lumps, extremely hard and adherent, of white or black coloration, giving, to the touch, the feeling of small stones, and causing, in the hair, changes that ultimately make them gray, dry and friable. This disease has been observed in Europe and Japan. In South America was found, for the first time in Colombia, then in Brazil and then in Argentina, Paraguay and Venezuela.

Erythema multiforme (EM) is a hypersensitivity reaction that affects the skin and/or mucous membranes, in response to infections, drugs, or other comorbidities. Presentation of EM can be Minor (Mild EM, characterized for presenting target lesions) or Major (Severe EM, that occurs also with mucous membranes involvement). The case of a 36 year old male patient presenting to emergency of HNAL with fever, malaise, itching and painful ulcer type lesions in oral cavity, multiple target lesions in upper and lower limbs, penis, and perianal region is reported. The diagnosis was EM Major. Ulcerous lesions in oral cavity and target lesions in hands were the most salient.

OBJETIVO: Evaluar y cuantificar cefalométricamente la variación de las alturas faciales, en sujetos con crecimiento normodivergente de 11 a 15 años.MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Estudio de tipo transversal y descriptivo que incluyó 211 radiografías laterales de cabeza calibradas 1:1, evaluadas y medidas por un operador previamente capacitado. Se realizaron mediciones de las alturas facial anterior total AFAT, posterior total AFPT, antero inferior AFAI y antero superior AFAS, entre otras. Se trabajó a un nivel de significancia de 0.05, se utilizaron las pruebas U de Mann-Whitney y Correlación de Spearman.RESULTADOS: La AFAT fue la medida que más varió, tanto la AFAT y AFAI tuvieron un comportamiento semejante.
