This case report aims to evaluate the proposal of a strategic plan for the entry into the Peruvian market of the Japanese company Fast Retailing Group under the UNIQLO brand. With more than 20 years of experience in the global market, the Japanese company is characterized by the development of accessible garments with the highest quality that can be found in the Fast Fashion market. The analysis concentrates on this industry which is relatively new within Peru. However, it concentrates a great potential for growth as evidenced by companies such as Zara, Forever 21, H&M, etc., which through various strategies they have implemented have achieved the goal of conquering the public and turning fashion into a consumed good for the masses.
