The main characteristics of this beverage, as well as the elements that make it distinctive from the ones already in the market, are detailed through the following chapters. The market research shows that the current market size rises up to 390 965 liters or S/.5 082 545, because of the fact that consumers would be willing to pay up to S/.13,00 per bottle of 330 ml.
