Objective: To determine the relationship between job satisfaction and quality of life in emergency service nurses, Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, Lima 2021. Materials and methods: Basic type research, correlational descriptive level, non- experimental cross-sectional design and with a quantitative approach, the sample was 85 nurses from the emergency service of the Hospital Hipólito Unanue, to whom the job satisfaction questionnaires and quality of life, through which the data was collected to obtain the following results.
