La investigación se realizó con el propósito de establecer la correlación entre lectura crítica y tertulias literarias en estudiantes de una Entidad Educativa de Puente Piedra, 2023. Esta exploración de tipo aplicada, tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, y diseño no experimental, transeccional – correlacional, conformaron la muestra 79 estudiantes, quienes respondieron dos cuestionarios admitidos por juicio de expertos. El nivel de confiabilidad fue determinado por el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach arrojando el valor de ,887 en la variable lectura crítica y ,892 para tertulias literarias. Por ende, el resultado indicó que el 53,2% de educandos tenían bajo de dominio de lectura crítica; el 54,4% ubicado en un nivel de inicio para el desarrollo de las tertulias literarias.
