For this research, a descriptive correlational approach with quantitative methodology and a non-experimental correlational design was employed. The results revealed a significant correlation (r=0.818**) between motivation and job satisfaction, supporting the initial hypothesis. The Pearson correlation indicated a strong and positive association, with statistical significance (p=0.000), reinforcing the validity of the observed relationship. By establishing a significance level of 0.01, the statistical relevance of the connection between motivation and job satisfaction is confirmed. In conclusion, the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.818** suggests a moderate positive relationship, supporting the implementation of improvements to further strengthen the link between motivation and job satisfaction in the accounting department of the Regional Government of Loreto.
