The following paper presents a reflection on the ethics of ethnographic research in so-called virtual worlds or cyberworlds. based on my own experience in Second Life, there, Onverse and Twinity, issues related to transparency, presence, privacy and anonymity are discussed. Although research in cyberworlds shares some ethical problems with traditional and virtual ethnography, they present newdifficulties and ethical dilemmas during fieldwork that should be identified and analyzed from a critical point of view.

Objetivo: Determinar, la, sensibilidad y especificidad de las pruebas serológicas y pruebas antigénicas para descarte de infección por COVID-19 en pacientes atendidos en la Microred Metropolitana, de la Red de Salud Tacna, 2020-2021 Material y método: Se realizó un estudio observacional de corte transversal, con la población atendida desde mayo del 2020 hasta diciembre del 2021 Resultados: Se halló que las pruebas serológicas tienen una sensibilidad del 30,4%. Y que la frecuencia de error puede llegar al 69.6%. Las pruebas antigénicas dan una sensibilidad del 79.1% pudiendo tener una frecuencia de fracaso de solo el 20.9%. Conclusión: Las pruebas antigénicas detectan 79,1% de verdaderamente positivos a COVID-19.
