In the present study, there is an analysis of the installation of a production factory of flavored quinoa milk in Peru. In first place, there is a big opportunity to take advantage of: the growth in the consumption of cereals such as quinoa, in order to elaborate a product out of it. This drink has a high content of nutrients like proteins, fibers, vitamins and minerals which will benefit the consumer’s health. In the first chapter, the problem to solve with the production of this drink will be explained, as well as the objectives and reaching of the investigation. The main objective of the study is to determine the technical, economic, financial, social and environment viability of the implementation of the factory.
