La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería del Hospital III EsSalud Chimbote durante el año 2022. El estudio corresponde a un enfoque aplicado, con un diseño no experimental, de tipo transversal y de nivel correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 103 trabajadores, cifra que también fue considerada como muestra, seleccionada mediante muestreo no probabilístico, bajo el cumplimiento de los criterios de inclusión establecidos. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, aplicándose como instrumento un cuestionario estructurado.
