La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión de competencias digitales y el desempeño laboral en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Moyobamba, 2023. La investigación fue tipo básica, diseño no experimental, cuya población y muestra fue de 80 colaboradores. La técnica de recolección fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que la gestión de competencias digitales tiene nivel medio del 40.00% y alto del 60.00%. El desempeño laboral tiene nivel medio del 30.00% y alto del 70.00%. Las dimensiones búsqueda y gestión de la información, comunicación y colaboración, creación de contenidos digitales, seguridad y resolución de problemas se relacionan con el desempeño laboral con Rho de Spearman de 0.561, 0.592, 0.510, 0.521 y 0.376 respectivamente.
