El presente documento expone la reciente experiencia de la CGR con la puesta en marcha del Control Específico a Hechos con Presunta Irregularidad (Control Específico en adelante). Para ello se realiza una sistematización de los resultados de los servicios de control específico desarrollados y culminados durante el año 2019. El análisis que se presenta a continuación permite demostrar la utilidad de la nueva modalidad como parte del Sistema Nacional de Control (SNC) e identificar los puntos críticos de las entidades públicas donde priorizan los esfuerzos de prevención y lucha contra la corrupción.
