ABSTRACT The objective of my research was to determine the level of improvement of teaching performance in the educational institutions of the initial level that have implemented the process of monitoring and pedagogical accompaniment. The research was carried out under the correlational descriptive approach whose characteristic is transversal or transactional; It belongs to the non-experimental, longitudinal design because it gathers data in two or more moments, analyzes changes over time. For this, there was a population of 36 teachers of the initial level of Public Institutions. For the collection of the information, an evaluation model was used, based on the Framework of Good Teaching Performance (MBDD), collects information on fundamental performance of the teaching practice.
