ABSTRACT The present investigation is based on the procedures of constitutional accusation, sanctioning procedures in charge of the Ethics Commission, as well as the procedures of political control carried out by the Investigative Commissions of the Peruvian Congress and that have been questioned before the Judiciary and / or Court Constitutional, during the years 2012 to 2017, in order to analyze how due process has been applied and then determine whether the Investigation Commissions must fully guarantee the rights that make up the due process.
