The horizontal structure of the commercial species in the low-terrace forest of the native community of San Juan de Abejaico, district of Urarinas, Loreto, was determined. Data from the forest census of commercial species of PC2 for timber purposes were evaluated. A total of 1192 trees were registered, grouped into 27 commercial forest species and 15 botanical families. The Fabacea family contains the largest number of species (seven species). The distribution of the number of trees by diameter class is 0,50 trees/ha (1192 trees), where P. panurensis (0,073 trees/ha, 173 trees), C. spruceanum (0,071 trees/ha, 169 trees), C. Multijuga (0,068 trees/ha, 162 trees), B. macrophylla and C. samauma (0,064 trees/ha, 152 trees, each) contain the largest number of trees.
