Se propuso como el objetivo principal analizar el Principio ne bis in idem y la debida aplicación del mismo cuando se juzga por delitos de F.M-P y por delitos referidos a violencia familiar y otros hechos por relaciones interpersonales. Metodología: La investigación adopta un enfoque cualitativo para comprender las percepciones y aplicación del principio. Se emplea un método inductivo para analizar las interpretaciones de los sujetos involucrados. Se utiliza un método dogmático-jurídico para estudiar el derecho positivo vigente y se aplican técnicas como entrevistas, encuestas y fichaje. The use of concrete bricks in buildings causes 12% of structural failures due to the structural overload generated by masonry walls made with this type of material. In this research, it was proposed to reduce the weight of Type I concrete bricks without affecting their resistance, for which materials such as banana fiber and concrete demolition waste were added to generate a reduction in the weight of the bricks due to to their properties. Similarly, rice husk ash is incorporated to maintain the resistance of the concrete bricks.
