The following research work aimed to determine the influence of the "Hatha Yoga Program _x000D_ on the listening comprehension of English for second-year students of Languages, UNT, _x000D_ Trujillo, 2021". The experimental design was used with a type of population sample made _x000D_ up of two groups. A control group of 19 students and an experimental group of 19 students, _x000D_ with a total of 38 second-year Language students in 2021. The instruments used were a _x000D_ pretest, before applying the Hatha Yoga program, and a posttest after the program. Likewise, _x000D_ the Shapiro-Wilk hypothesis test and the T-student statistical test were used to obtain the _x000D_ results of the investigation._x000D_ Finally, a clear conclusion was reached that the Hatha Yoga program significantly _x000D_ influenced the listening comprehension of English in second year Language students.
