La presente tesis se enmarcó en la línea de investigación Reforma y modernización del Estado. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el nivel de la gestión por procesos según los trabajadores de un establecimiento de salud de Lima en el año 2022. La investigación fue de tipo básica, descriptiva. La población estuvo conformada por los trabajadores de la institución. La muestra estuvo conformada por 108 trabajadores. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de información fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario conformado por 21 ítems, y se utilizó el software estadístico SPSS versión 25 para procesar los datos.
