La presente tesis titulada “Agrupamiento preliminar de Índices Unificados para optimizar los reajustes de precios de obras viales al año 2021” tiene como objetivo determinar el agrupamiento preliminar de Índices Unificados para mejorar los reajustes de precios utilizando las fórmulas polinómicas de las obras viales en Perú año 2021. Se utilizaron los métodos establecidos por el Decreto Supremo N° 011-79-VC, así como se comparó con una propuesta de optimización relacionada a los reajustes mensuales, deductivos de obra y variación de ofertas. Se aplicaron en 3 obras viales nacionales donde se extrajo los parámetros de reajustes ejecutados. Los resultados demostraron que existe una correlación muy fuerte entre estos cuatro parámetros y los reajustes ejecutados.
