The present investigation is aimed at determining the patient's perception of nursing care in the biological, sociocultural, spiritual and emotional dimensions of the Choquizonguillo – Huamachuco. It is a quantitative and descriptive approach that consists of collecting data in a transverse period determined by time; in a majority of 60 older adults who apply the Perception Scale of the older adult patient about the care received by the author's nursing professional Zapata (2013). Finally, a general perception of medically favorable nursing care is found in 82% and tends to be favorable in 18% of older adults seen in Choquisonguillo's health department.
