Education for sustainable development proposes to promote education that contributes to a correct perception of the state of the world, that is capable of generating responsible attitudes and commitments and that prepares citizens to make decisions based on their knowledge about the world. There fore, all activities carried out in educational institutions must be aligned with this purpose. In this sense, this work aims to develop complementary activities that contribute to education for sustainable development from the Geography of Cuba in ninth grade.
