El presente estudio se realizó con el objetivo de identificar a la fatiga por compasión en su relación con la motivación laboral en los colaboradores asistenciales en la Unidad de cuidados intensivos de un Instituto de Salud de Lima en el año 2021. Se enmarcó en el enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño noexperimental, transeccional y correlacional. La muestra fue de 83 colaboradores asistenciales, a los que se les aplicó instrumentos estandarizados; la Escala de Fatiga de Compasión y Satisfacción (ProQOL: Professional Quality of Life Scale), versión IV (Stamp, 1997) y el Cuestionario sobre Motivación Laboral de Aranda (2017). La confiabilidad fue de 0,819 para el primero y 0,880 para el segundo, ambos mediante Alpha de Cronbach. The evolution of direct restorative materials for posterior dental pieces has led to the generation of simpler processes that are easier for the clinician to perform. This is how bulk fill composite resins arise, in order to simplify the technique and provide the clinician with speed and practicality when performing the restoration. Although it is true that these materials have been used, there is still a lot of ignorance on the side of the professional about how to use them correctly. In addition to certain limitations in published research since they are relatively new materials on the market. This research aims to review the literature in indexed databases to date on bulk fill resins, detailing clinical trials, composition and classification.

Objective: The objective of the research carried out was to compare the depth cure of 3 composite resins using the ISO 4049 standard with 3 different lamp models. Materials and methods: Composite resin cylinders (15 for each experimental group) were made according to ISO 4049 with the following types of resins composites: Beautifil Bulk (BB) (Shofu Inc), Tetric N Ceram Bulk Fill (TC) (Ivoclar Vivadent), Filtek One Restaurador Bulk Fill (FO) (3M ESPE). The composite resins were photoactivated with LED curing lamps. (LED C monowave – Woodpecker, X CURE poliwave - Woodpecker, I LED II poliwave - Woodpecker). ABSTRACT Background: Although titanium is a popular material in implantology, its greyish colour can lead to aesthetic problems.
