The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship that exists between administrative management and the fulfillment of the objectives of the blood bank area in a Hospital, Amazonas Region 2022. It was based on theories related to the subject to obtain information from each of the the variables under study, the methodology was a basic study, quantitative approach, non-experimental design of correlational crosssection, the population consisted of 70 health professionals who worked in a Hospital in the Amazonas region. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la prevalencia de hepatitis en pacientes con niveles altos de transaminasas TGO y TGP en el Hospital General Jaén 2018. La población constituida por 75 pacientes que presentaron transaminasas TGO y TGP elevadas, según sus historias clínicas. Se obtuvo como resultados que el 20% de pacientes presentaron diagnostico positivo para hepatitis. En cuanto al diagnóstico de hepatitis con relación al sexo, del total de la muestra se determinó que: del sexo femenino 17.5% presentaron diagnostico positivo y 82.5% negativo mientras que del sexo masculino el 22.9% presentaron diagnostico positivo y 77.1% negativo.
