La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar una propuesta de desempeño laboral para mejorar la gestión educativa, UGEL Mariscal Cáceres-Juanjuí 2022. La investigación fue aplicada, de diseño no experimental descriptivo propositivo. La población y muestra fue conformada por 41 colaboradores de la UGEL. La técnica fue la encuesta y los instrumentos cuestionarios. Resultados fueron, el desempeño laboral se caracterizó por, deficiente comunicación oral o escrita sin ruidos evidente, que no todos los colaboradores funcionen como un equipo, deficiente trabajo en equipo. La gestión educativa se caracterizó por, deficiente priorización de soluciones a los problemas con opiniones de todos, la misión institucional es desconocida.
