This study develops a strategic analysis of the National Sustainable Urban Transport Program – Promobility, an entity belonging to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, in order to publicize its situational status by 2021 and the possible solutions for its consolidation as the main promoter of Integrated Transport Systems with focus on sustainable urban mobility and gender in cities with more than 100 thousand inhabitants and/or department capital, with the exception of Lima and Callao as they are in area of jurisdiction of the Urban Transport Authority (UTA).
