This study, entitled "Impact of Microfinance in the level of employment in Province of Trujillo" seeks to determine the importance of financial intermediation sector addressed to MSE (Micro and Small Enterprises) in view of a positive impact on economic development provincial, that by looking at how to increase the level of employment in it. To this end employment will be the benchmark that we can measure economic improvement.
