In this research, the reactivate Peru program and the growth of companies in the Loreto region are studied from the perspective of the entrepreneur, considering the importance of the role of companies in the economy of the region, for the study the 4134 companies of Loreto were considered. who accessed the program and 104 entrepreneurs, using 2 data collection instruments, one of them subjected to statistical reliability, the research was of a descriptive quantitative approach and a non-experimental cross-sectional and correlational design. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo el determinar si existe relación entre la asignación y la ejecución presupuestal en la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana 2015-2018. El estudio fue de diseño correlacional – causal y se midió la variable independiente asignación presupuestaria y dependiente ejecución presupuestaria para los años 2015 – 2018.
