Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is a native Andean food plant, originally from the contours of Lake Titicaca in Peru and Bolivia that was part of the basic diet of the prehispanic population and still present in the preparation of dishes. It is now known worldwide for its high nutritional content, valued for food security. The aim is to describe the evolution of Peruvian quinoa exports of the two main sub tariff headings, identifying the most significant importing countries and regions producing quinoa in the coast, highlands and forest. La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la cultura organizacional y la gestión del talento humano percibido por los trabajadores del Departamento de Comisiones del Congreso de la República del Perú. La investigación fue hipotética deductiva, descriptiva y correlacional, con diseño no experimental – transversal y enfoque cuantitativo. Se trabajó con una muestra de 132 trabajadores del Departamento de Comisiones de la institución. Analiza si las tendencias del consumo de la quinua influyen en la exportación al mercado de los Estados Unidos de América en el Estado de California por las empresas del Perú más representativas en ese rubro.
