The general objective of this research was to determine how Labor Social Responsibility influences the satisfaction of the employees of the contact center of the Banco de Credito del Perú - Trujillo: 2018, for which a survey specifically aimed at the employees of Banco de Crédito del Perú. The research work was complemented with topics on theories on labor social responsibility, working conditions, job satisfaction, organizational climate, salary, motivation, work stress, job performance, among others. The selected sample consisted of one hundred and seventeen collaborators working in that financial institution.
