The research is descriptive simple with a non experimental cross sought to determine the performance level of secondary teachers according the teachers, the students and the vice- principal in an Educational Police Institution in Callao Region -2009. The sample selection is nonrandom. Three instruments were applied developed by Ministry of education of Peru, adapted by the author and validated by experts using V Aiken with a high level of validity and reliability, designed for 22 teachers from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Education and APAFA, for 150 students and for the vice- principal. Three dimensions are measured; they are educational work planning, management of teaching and learning process and professional responsibilities. El presente Trabajo Académico tiene como fin determinar la influencia del aprendizaje colaborativo entre pares y el mejoramiento de la habilidad oral del idioma inglés con estudiantes de 4to de secundaria y 6to de primaria de la I.E. Emblemática “Ricardo Bentín”, Rímac -2019. Es de diseño cuasi experimental, descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo de corte longitudinal, La muestra es no probabilística por conveniencia. Se aplicó estrategias de aprendizaje colaborativo en seis sesiones, recogiendo datos de la habilidad oral tanto en la dimensión de comprensión oral, el cual mide las sub dimensiones de reconocimiento y selección de palabras y oraciones, inferencia e interpretación de mensajes orales; y la dimensión expresión oral, el cual mide la sub dimensiones pronunciación, entonación, fluidez y gramática.
