La necesidad de una formación pedagógica continua del profesional de enfermería se fundamenta a través de las metodologías activas por lo que es necesario la orientación correcta de los modelos de la calidad educativa que impulsa la excelencia en el proceso que direcciona el hombre, con valores y virtudes, siendo la base central de las aspiraciones de cualquier sociedad.
