The research entitled "Knowledge and preventive attitudes about dengue in San Pedro de Lloc2022" had the objective of relating knowledge and preventive attitudes about dengue in the population of San Pedro de Lloc, following the theories of Nola Pender's health promotion model, the theory of reasoned action and the theory of proposed action, which were the basis of the research. The research methodology was quantitative, descriptive-relational. The research population consisted of 1,000 families and the sample consisted of 278 families to whom a questionnaire and a test were applied, which allowed the collection of data that were later analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics, the latter being the one that established the Chi-square test as an element of analysis.
