La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión del recurso humano y satisfacción del usuario en el Servicio de Administración Tributaria, Tarapoto - 2022. La investigación fue tipo básica, diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo correlacional, cuya población fue de 792 usuarios y la muestra fue de 188. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de gestión del recurso humano fue medio en 52 %, bajo en 32 % y alto en 16 %; la satisfacción del usuario fue medio en 61 %, bajo en 25 % y alto en 14 %.
