La presente tesis titulada “Plan de Capacitación para Mejorar los Servicios Turísticos en el distrito de Chazuta-Región San Martín 2013”, cuyo objetivo fue aplicar un apropiado Programa orientado a mejorar los servicios turísticos en el distrito mencionado, respondió a la problemática referida a la poca afluencia turística en esta zona prodigiosa de recursos humanos y naturales.
